What we collect

• Data you send by email: name, email address, message content, and any other information you include.
• Server logs from our hosting/CDN with minimal technical data (IP, user-agent, request time). These are used for security and reliability only.

Why we process your data (legal bases)

• Respond to inquiries and provide requested information or pre-contract steps (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Operate and secure our services (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Marketing email only with your explicit opt-in consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Where your data goes

• Email and productivity tools: our email provider processes your message to deliver it to us.
• Hosting/CDN: our website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages, which may process technical logs.

Some providers may be outside the EEA. When that happens we use recognised safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

• Inquiry emails: up to 12 months unless law requires longer or you ask us to delete sooner.
• Server logs: typically 90 days for security and diagnostics.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. To use these rights, email privacy@five.dk. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. In Denmark: Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk. In Sweden: Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, imy.se.

Cookies and tracking

We do not set non-essential cookies. If we later add analytics or advertising tags, we will request your consent before loading them and update this policy.

Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, and vendor DPAs. No method is perfect, but we limit what we collect and how long we keep it.
